Bill Watson has been a Financial Services professional in the Dallas Metroplex since 1985. His background is in business continuity planning, private retirement strategies and estate transfer planning. Harlan Wiese has more than 38 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. In 2003 he established Wiese Insurance Services Company, focusing on developing a network of like-minded financial services professionals providing client solutions in the areas of retirement planning, wealth preservation, asset accumulation and distribution. Partnering with Turtle Creek Financial Group, Harlan is able to use his broad base of knowledge and skills to implement the most appropriate financial strategies to assist his clients in meeting their objectives.
Laura has been in the Financial Services industry since 1982. She worked in Banking for 12 years where she served in several areas; mortgages, branch banking and Branch Manager. This client service experience was her stepping stone into the financial field she works in today.
Laura’s professional focus is in working with individuals and private business owners to help meet their personal financial goals, including wealth preservation, estate planning and succession planning. Stephen Hull has more than 30 years experience in the financial services industry, including 14 years in commercial banking culminating with his services as President of a Texas bank located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
In 1990 he established Benefit Systems Group, a consulting firm designed to assist business owners providing retirement plans, benefit packages and financial planning. Steve sold BSG to a large local firm prior to accepting the position as Executive Vice President, Turtle Creek Financial Group Private Client Division.
As Executive of TCFG Private Client Steve specializes in the development of customized financial strategies for business owners and professionals designed to preserve wealth and minimize taxation.

Rebekah Collins has spent the majority of her working career with Turtle Creek Financial Group having joined at the inception of the firm in the summer 2003. Prior to that she was responsible for client support at a major Park Cities Professional Facility and did a brief stint in telemarketing for a national Financial Services company. That experience has uniquely positioned her to understand what is important to both our clients and associates as we seek to offer solutions that not only assist our clients with the financial security of thier business and families but provide peace of mind to pursue their own responsibilities and interests.
Rebekah supports TCFG associates in structuring programs and solutions for clients. She serves as the primary liaison with our core providers in the implementation of client services and benefits. Rebekah provides client support with a diligent conscientiousness beyond that which most people are accustomed to receiving in this high tech era.
Kurt has over 28 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. He spent his first 24 years in Banking as a Commercial Lender. Kurt’s professional focus is in working with individuals to help them meet their personal financial goals. He strives to facilitate client objectives with as much certainty and as little risk as possible.
